L&S Services LLC

L&S Services, LLC (“L&S”) is a limited liability company that was formed in 2003 with Michael Lee, Ernie Sledge, and American Service Contractors, LP (“ASC”) as its members. Mr. Lee serves as President, Mr. Sledge serves as Vice-President and Jim Ed Rice of ASC serves as Operations Officer. Mr. Lee and Mr. Sledge are licensed blind vendors in the state of Georgia under the Randolph-Sheppard program. They both have many years of successful food service experience gained while operating facilities under the Georgia Department of Labor Business Enterprise Program. L&S was formed for the purpose of proposing on and subsequently operating the Fort Benning, Georgia food service contract. It was successful in this endeavor and commenced operations under the contract on August 1, 2003.


Johnson Food Services LLC

Johnson Food Service, LLC (“JFS”) is a limited liability company that was formed in 2002 with Donald Johnson, and American Service Contractors, LP (“ASC”) as its members. Mr. Johnson serves as President and Jim Ed Rice of ASC serves as Operations Officer. Mr. Johnson is a licensed blind vendor in the state of South Carolina under the Randolph-Sheppard program. He has many years of successful food service experience gained while operating facilities under the South Carolina Department of Labor Business Enterprise Program. JFS was formed for the purpose of proposing on and subsequently operating the Fort Jackson, South Carolina food service contract. It was successful in this endeavor and commenced operations under the contract on January 1, 2003.


Eberle Services LLC

Eberle Services, LLC (“ESL”) is a limited liability company that was formed in 2001 with Harry Eberle, and American Service Contractors, LP (“ASC”) as its members. Mr. Eberle serves as President and Jim Ed Rice of ASC serves as Operations Officer. Mr. Eberle is a licensed blind vendor in the state of New Jersey under the Randolph-Sheppard program. He has many years of successful food service experience gained while operating facilities under the New Jersey Department of Labor Business Enterprise Program. ESL was formed for the purpose of proposing on and subsequently operating the Fort Dix, New Jersey food service contract. It was successful in this endeavor and commenced operations under the contract on February 1, 2002.
