L&S Services

L&S Services, LLC (“L&S”) is a limited liability company that was formed in 2003 with Michael Lee and American Service Contractors, LP (“ASC”) as its members. Mr. Lee serves as President and Jim Ed Rice of ASC serves as Operations Officer. Mr. Lee is a licensed blind vendor in the state of Georgia under the Randolph-Sheppard program. He has many years of successful food service experience gained while operating facilities under the Georgia Department of Labor Business Enterprise Program. L&S was formed for the purpose of proposing on and subsequently operating the Fort Benning, Georgia food service contract. It was successful in this endeavor and commenced operations under the contract on August 1, 2003.

REPORTING VIOLATIONS of THE CODE and DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

Strict adherence to this Code of Ethics is essential. Supervisors are responsible primarily for ensuring that employees adhere to the provisions of the Code. However, all employees at all levels have an ongoing duty to report any violations of the Code which come to their attention. Reports can always be made by either, contacting your direct supervisor, calling the Toll Free Hotline at 1-877-271-0958, online by the link below or by printing and faxing the Fax Form listed below to 615-597-2261. You are also welcome to write a letter in a format similar to the report form and mail it to:
